Hollins is one of the more under-rated coaches around and did a super job in Memphis. It's early in the free-agency period, but the Clippers have started out shoring up their depth by adding signing Jordan Farmar and Spencer Hawes. It'll ultimately depend on which teams get Carmelo Anthony and LeBron James.

With just about all of the coaching jobs fill, Which team do you feel made the best coaching hire? Also, which team will make the most improvement?

Do you actually think that melo or LBJ leaving? I personally think that they are not. I definitely agree that lionel hollins is a great coach. The questions remains who will he tab as an assistant coach?

Hard to say about either one. You never know how much of the discussions with other teams are smoke and mirrors, or substance. LeBron seems to be sending mixed messages. On one hand, he  says he wants to win championships, then he says he wants a max contract, wherever he goes. I think that Carmelo's best chances for a title will be with Chicago. The question is where his priority is.

Probably so about LeBron and melo. However,  I feel like that they both are cornering the nab market. If I was NY Knicks,  I would probably allow him to leave because what does he bring to the table?

Dear Joe:
Considering the fact that you are an NBA fan in the know,as well as a well respected hobbyist, you do need a superstar to attract other players of an equal concomitant of ability. Henceforth that is why he is being offered 129 Million. Granted Phil Jackson did make some trades to get certain players out of here but New York is still not a destination players want or have to come to for a myriad of reasons.

Well I learned that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Granted that Melo is a superstar, if you analyze the Chicago bulls or the Memphis grizzly team, they don't really have a superstar or the superstar is injured for the whole year. However,  the main goal is to get to the finals. Here is another thing to analyze, wherever melo goes, his team never reached farther than the second round. When I implied about what does he bring to the table, i am implied to mention that even though he is a good scorer, his defense is not great, his teammates doesn't get better around him and the ball doesn't rotate past him much.  However,  I do agree with that a superstar attracts other superstar. However, is it always true? If you look at Tim Duncan or Kevin Love, a lot of superstar don't gravitate towards them. Really I feel that its more location as well as organization structure.
