Haven't had a double and not certain I could handle it...but just in case: what's the proper etiquette regarding the use of a cover when you're dealing with two women at the same time? Do most require that you pull out a new condom each time you switch off? Or are most comfortable with the man going back and forth without a new cover?
switch off. I've had multiple doubles. I had to switch in all but one. The one time was a little different because the ladies were truly girlfriends and shared other toys besides me. The other times were with providers who knew each other, but did not want to share fluids in that way. I've never done a doubles session, but what I've heard about it matches what folks have said here.
However, I have read reviews of a team of girls in my area who prefer to do doubles over one-on-one. Apparently, they like to put at least two condoms on the guy to start out with. Then the guy can just rip off the top one, like a race car driver's tear-away visor, and quickly go from one orifice to another.
As fun as that sounds, one condom practically makes my dick feel like I've shot it full of Novocaine, so I can't imagine double or triple wrapping and maintaining.
Forget the sensate effects, doubling up on the condoms makes them MORE likely to break.

everyone's safety. Ladies are concerned about their safety and protection as much as men are. For standard condoms, you should never go back and forth with the same condom. Also condoms are generally applied to toys as well and changed each time you switch!
Or as Jazz said, the female condom is great. But, you need to make sure that they have them in advance. They are getting harder to get as many stores do not carry them!
