Asian Cowgirl is where she sits on your crotch facing you, often with legs folded under her so that she can ride up and down on your cock by pushing herself up with her lower legs.
The reverse is the same thing only facing away from you. Some gals (often called spinners) can switch from one position to the other without having to withdraw your cock from their vaginas. This is often done only by very petit gals for obvious reasons. I know of one rather heavy provider though who can pull this off.

Actually, Fishman usually dispenses good advice. So picking on him when he's missed the mark is a rare treat. And he's mostly correct with this reply (Lazy Dog and Russian are accurately described by him).
But his descriptions of Asian Cowgirl and Reverse Asian Cowgirl aren't even close. First off, what he describes is essentially just CG! Asian Cowgirl is when she's on top of your rod facing you, while your flat on your back. However, SHE'S ON HER FEET SQUATTING! Her legs are NOT folded underneath her. This squatting position that she's in allows for maximum penetration and tightness around your rod. Most often, their knees don't have the strength to bop up and down on your pole (certainly not for an extended period of time), so you pump up from the bottom. THIS IS AN AWESOME POSITION!!! Obviously, Reverse Asian Cowgirl is the same except that she's facing your feet instead of your face.

While mrfisher may very well have said that the lady's legs are folded beneath her, when you parse out the rest of the description, you will see that he further says that she rides "by pushing herself up with her lower legs." It would defy the laws of Kama Sutra to be able to ride by using the lower legs if they are truly folded beneath her.
How to resolve this dichotomy, you may ask? Well, when I close my eyes and remember the many Asian ladies that have graced me with this particular position, I can picture them engaged in a squatting maneuver as you say, but, for some of the more limber ones (one 5'0'' 90lbs lady in particular), the legs were folded ever so slightly to the rear, thus allowing them extra thrust from the springiness of the bent knee joints.
Also, some of the women have been energetic enough to do the majority of the pumping up and down until the crescendo, at which time I took over.
