And with you out of the country the provider you wish to visits may not want to call in that country. Therefore, the other providers email would work. However, I noticed that this is your first time. My opinion, register with one of the screening sites. Me personally I am on date-check and was verified by another provider-therefore all my future clients should feel comfortable that I too am safe.

Greetings from a complete and total newbie!
I am a newbie who is based in the UK. I travel to the US on business about four times a year.
I am considering participating "in the hobby" for the first time ever whilst I am away (which is likely to be in March).
I have had a good look through the TER reviews and found a provider that I would be particularly interested in meeting. The provider has an on-line screening form.
As I am a "foreigner", would you envisage that I would have any issues with the screening process?
After I have filled in the screening form I am considering sending the provider an e-mail briefly explaining my situation and providing my telephone numbers for both the UK and the US, etc, etc. Would this be advisable?
Would it be helpful to the provider if I scanned and e-mailed my business card?
I would submit my screening information a few weeks before I set off on my travels as I would imagine the screening to be a bit of a "ping-pong" process.
Would it be beneficial if I signed up with somebody like DateCheck?
If anybody has any advice then that would be gratefully accepeted.

a reference from another provider whom you have seen. I presume that you know some providers in the UK?
If so, ask them if they wouldn't mind you giving them out as a reference to a gal in the States.
Other than that, the usual information a provider wants is your home and office address and phone number.
I'm not sure if it's much more complicated than if you were here in the States, but I imagine they could do all the same checks they normally do.

Besides the obvious of an outcall provider going to a client, why would a provider need a home address for a client? Personally I will always go to the provider and not have one come to me. So I would never give out my home address.

but some providers insist on it, especially if the person has no references, because of reasons of personal safety.
I give it out to providers with whom I feel comfortable doing so and have never had a problem with it.
I can certainly understand a hobbyist reasons for not doing so, however.

The internet is a worldwide and the information is often out there, if you know where to look.
As for a business card, I am afraid that will not work. With our modern age of technology, I could print cards saying that I am anyone I choose to be. You may be asked to either scan your passport or have it available when you meet. It depends on the lady and her comfort level with her prescreening.
Also, as was stated here, there are a number of UK providers who visit the US and have TER reviews. You can certainly ask one of them to vouch for you.
My recommendation, to ensure that your trip goes as planned and you are able to make "the connection" is to contact a provider in the area you are visiting as soon as you know your schedule. Prescreening may take longer than normal and the potential does exist that the provider may ask you to prescreen through; Preferred 411, Datecheck or Room Service (dependent upon where you are visiting).

Also I am wondering would there be an information cooperative in those countries so that you could get a hit on one of them and it would retrieve sufficient information that would meet the general standards for verification by the various providers associations in the world? Also could you use the concomitant of his social security card and a recent paycheck to confirm who he is and where he would live? Also what international databases is datecheck
connected with overseas? Would it still take you to the same places that interpol would go to find information on people?
I'm sure that signing up through a site like Datecheck and then contacting a provider explaining the situation would lead to a quite painless screening process for all since it shows your initiative to aid in her safety.
I'm also pretty secure in saying that mentioning you've got a charming accent will help you out too.

Some women will make exceptions to their normal screening process for gentlemen with international airline ticket stubs. While there are some "industry standards" here, it does vary a lot from city to city and woman to woman. When in doubt, send an email to the woman you are interested in and ask her how she would prefer to handle your situation.

If she is someone that you really want to see, I would first send her an honest email (be truthful) and tell her that you have admired her reviews and would be flattered if she would be willing to let you see her when you are in the states. Give her some information about yourself and above all be polite and wait for her reply. If she is anything like the ladies I've seen she will respond back (the good ones that are organized and professional) will get back with you. Ask her what would allow her to be comfortable in letting you see her. She will respond accordingly and you can go from there.
The easiest way might be to see a provider like Carrieoflondon who posts from time to time. Search the General Board.
The airline ticket/boarding pass might work as long as you had a photo ID with names that match. A lady in Las Vegas screened me this way one time.
Most providers who do security checks require at least one reference from a provider you’ve seen previously and your real name and a work contact number (not a direct line).
If you have not seen a provider before and therefore cannot provide a referee then it would be helpful to think of some other way you can show the lady you wish to see that you are genuine.
In the US, escorting is illegal, it’s not like in the UK. When I tour in the US my main reason for screening is to try and avoid law enforcement and that’s a major consideration for American providers.
Certainly scanning your passport info page will help but be careful about who you send out your personal information to. Be sure that the lady is a long standing and well reviewed provider.
I believe that if you are with a lady who has a strict screening process then you are both in a safer place.
