How does TER deal with a 2nd or 3rd review of the same provider (by the same member – so to speak)?

Does it replace the previous review of her by the same TER member?

Does it count in your review total?

Do you get the 15 bonus day of VIP membership?

point #8 on the Review Submission Guidelines which clearly states:

You may also submit an update on a provider that you have already reviewed. We will replace your old review, but you won’t be credited for an additional 15 days. Your new review must be a complete rewrite that adds something new to the experience in order for it to replace the old one.

There is a FAQ section for a reason.  You have 7 reviews.  It is time for you to start to help yourself and maybe even start helping those who are newer than you.

Thanks Terrev, I needed that.  Even though that stung a little (I deserved it).  I knew I saw it somewhere.  I just needed to be pointed in the right direction.

I did not see if the overall review count increased from submitting an update or review on the same provider.  Please enlighten me.

Replaced With The New.

I wasn't really trying to sting you on that,(well not much anyway), but one of the things we do here is try to teach people to be self-sufficient and to use the resources available to them.

I always suggest trying to find the answer yourself before defaulting to posting on a board.

I especially get frustrated by guys with no reviews who repeatedly ask for recommendations.  A few weeks or months go by and they are back asking for more recommendations and they never write any reviews.  They take and they take and never give back.

This site only is successfull because people write reviews and answer posts for information.

Its that happy mix of give and take that makes this all work.

Glad to have you as part of the community.

Good Luck and Good Hobbying.
