Having a good rating with a provider has absolutely nothing to do with your credit cards. If you are talking about references and the fact that as a newbie you have none (other providers that will vouch for you), then that is something that has been discussed many times. If you read back a few days or even a couple weeks here you will see lots of posts concerning that very thing.
Basically just be honest and forthright. Do your homework and research and find a provider that has a good reputation. The information she would need from you is not going to be spread about or used against you, she needs it to protect herself and her business.
