I've encountered this problem also. Emailed to staff and got no response. Would like to make the payment but I'm not really willing to send a money order to a country where it's worthless. I lose the money and don't get VIP status on the site.

How do others solve this?

Trying to sign up as a quarterly "VIP by Money Order", but the Post Office claims that it doesn't sell International Money Orders for the Netherlands (TER's home base).  Is anyone out there a "VIP by Money Order", and if so, how are you paying?

TER will accept an International Money Order, a Western Union Money Order, or a Cashiers Check from a major bank.

Although the U.S. Postal Service does not offer international money orders for the Netherlands, you may be able to purchase one from your bank or credit union.

Sending it via Priority Mail costs about $6 and delivery is withing 4-5 business days.
