Second time: 45 days in jail
Third time: 90 days in jail
How does this affect a persons record if having to plea to a lessor charge such as massage with out a license? Is that on a permanent record?

Actually, they come out of the woodwork when interesting and meaningful questions are asked (thanks guys!).
I don't think they have time for questions that could have been answered with a small effort on the part of the poster, or questions that have already been discussed ad nauseum, or questions such as "how to I get out of this charge that I am clearly guilty of", or other nonsense.
In other words, ask good questions, and you'll get good answers.
Naw. We just get tired of the same dumb questions.
