Hi all, thanks for your help. I am brand new to the hobby and I finally got up the huevos start contacting a few providers. I’ve contacted 3 women in the last few of days and have gotten pleasant initial responses form them but then didn’t hear anything else back? I’m still a little nervous so I’m fairly particular about picking well reviewed girls that I think would be good for me (great GFE, etc). I completely understand that they have to be as careful as I do but I if no one will get back to me because I don’t have references or I say I’m new to the area, how do I get my foot in the door?
My questions are these: Am I doing something wrong, should I not tell them I am new? Most of my contact has been via email with only 1 phone call. Should I just call? Or are these girls in such demand that I shouldn’t take it personally and just consider that they are very busy?

It's hard to know whether you are doing something wrong without more details. I am also new to the hobby and also don't have references, but I haven't run into these problems.
When I make contact I am polite and keep chit-chat to a minimum. Never mention the deed. Have easily verifiable information.
Perhaps you want to try some of the better escort services, if one sends providers to your area. I have found their screening to be pretty easy.

Speaking of myself, my intial contact with ladies are less than 1 paragraph if email or less than 1 minute if leaving a phone message, less than three if she answers the phone. I give basic information such as my name, contact information and the date that I want to visit and the duration of the visit that I want. I leave followup questions and request up to her and supply the information that she requests.
Using an agency is a good way to get started. Use TER reviews to determine which are the real deal. Agencies used to be bad sources, but there are now some excellent local ones and ones that serve nationwide by having ladies visit cities.
Is your initial contact an attempt to book an appointment or are you just introducing yourself? In general, these gals are very busy and they won't waste a lot of time with emailing back and forth to guys who are just asking a lot of questions or asking for pictures. Keep your emails to the point and don't waste the lady's time.
Also, many questions are inappropriate and raise a red flag with a provider. Often times she will break-off all communication when guys start asking about specific acts or too much personal information.
