Try a verification service such as room service 2000 or datecheck. There are quite a few out there. Find a potential provider (or 3) and email them explaining your situation and if they accept verification from those type sites and which ones they prefer.

Hi Everyone, I've never seen anyone before & I'm worried about the screening process as I'm retired. I've read where the providers call your work but this won't for me. What can I do/tell the providers to get through the 'process'??? Thanks,  Bill

I too am a newbie, and I just followed the instructions on the providers web site, I e-mailed got a return e-mail and was told to call her, she sked me some questions and a few days later she was standing at my door. Good Luck. D
