I was renting a space that I stumbled upon, but the owner decided not to renew his lease. I've been looking for a new location and haven't had much luck. I currently rent an apartment and don't really have the first and last month's rent that a second apartment would require. I would prefer not to work out of a hotel and have tried emailing other sensual rub providers to find out if they have additional space. I also posted an ad on CL. I thought about renting an office space, but I'm not sure how much info they would want about my business. Does anyone have additional suggestions about how to secure a nice Buckhead/Midtown/Downtown location? I'm building my clientle, but just don't have a place to host. Thanks for your help.

I suggest that you post this on the Atlanta board.  The guys and gals there are in a better position to give specific info.  Be sure to include your phone no./email address so folks can respond privately.

In the past I have visited gals in office locations, but never found them all that comfortable, it always seems too sterile!

It is not uncommon for gals to share incall locations, its just a matter of hooking up with the right situation.  Working out the schedule can be a challenge, but a lot of providers make it work.

Just a suggestion from an ignorant man - why limit your search to FBSM providers?  I'm sure there are FS gals who might be willing to share expenses with you.  Remember it is you, not the location that determines what happens, and you've made it very clear on your site what is, and what is not on the menu.  Again, I'm just a guy, what do I know.

Again welcome, and I hope this helps,

If you decide to double up with someone, I suggest keeping it to ONE other girl, who you know and trust.  You don't need your partner causeing a problem in the unit.

In San Diego recently there were 5 girls popped working a house.  Neighbors complained of upto 50 or more guys a day, cars blocking driveways, etc.

It was on TV.  The cops were just going to cite and release the girls.  But they started yelling threats at the neighbors - while the cops were still there - so they busted them on all kinds of charges from pandering to making terroist threats.

Point being - you don't need that kind of publicity.

Suggest also the CL casual board in your area - maybe a non-hobbyist will swap a room for a little  TLC on occasion.

Have fun, good luck,
TS Jamie :-)
