That being said, if you pick a TER reviewed lady with lots of reviews by reviewers who have reviewed lots of ladies, your chances of it being le are almost nil unless they were recently busted and being used as a sting. But even in that case, with the speed of news on the local boards, it would be known almost immediately.
Although le is certainly aware of TER and undoubtedly looks at it, Craigs List seems to be a much easier target for them- more fools there both in the provider and hobbyist groups!
I am as newbie as it gets ... have not yet taken the plunge ... need reassurance that all providers (even on TER) aren't really undercover LE ... I mean, it seems so, easy, even LE can figure it out

I am new to TER , relatively. I had practiced most of my affairs with providers through what I call AAO (approach and obtain) mostly in cities like Vegas, and around the world.
I can say the people here both providers and hobbyists are very very savvy , generally. So if you go with bear's advice you can't lose. Craigslist is for idiots. God I hate it.

The world's oldest profession has been around for a long time. Why? Because there are more of us (clients and providers) then there are of them (LE).
No one should ever get cocky and stop being cautious but the simple fact is that LE chooses their battles and a smart discreet provider isn't even on their radar.
