Oh yeah, she was texting me off and on the whole time telling me what a jerk the cop was being.  I think it's really unreasonable to toe someone's car for that reason.  I guess they do that so someone doesn't just get in later and drive again without their license.  They should give people the option of just turning over their keys until they go get their license.  About once every year or two I forget to grab my wallet when I leave in the car.  Fortunately, I have never been stopped when I did that.  It's probably a lot easier for women who switch purses often to forget it.  I felt really bad for her.

I have seen it all now.  Talk about bad luck.  I made an appointment for outcall with someone the morning I'm was to check out of my hotel.  I got late check out so I would be sure and not need to rush.  After she was around 20 minutes late, I sent her a text wondering what her ETA was.  About 3 minutes later I get a text from her.  It's a photo of her sitting in her car at the side of the road about three or four doors down from my hotel.  The photo also shows her side mirror with a police car clearly seen parked behind her with its lights still on.  She had gotten pulled over for speeding.  To top it all off, she forgot her driver's license so her car got toed.

I told her if she still wanted to come, I could drive her home after so she could get her license and then take her to get her car.  My afternoon was totally open.  On fact, if she was like her reviews suggested, I was also going to give her an extra $100 to help with getting her car back.  But the cop said he would drop her off at home so that's what she did.  She offered to come back later after getting her car but I had a check out deadline.  I totally understand her not taking me up on my offer to take her to get her car.  That would have required putting a lot of trust in someone she had not even met yet.

This was one of those occasions where I could be totally sure it wasn't a made up excuse to cancel because there she was.  That cop had her stuck there for an hour or so with having to get a toe truck and everything.   So remember your driver's license everyone.  That's definitely a bad start to the day!

If that happened to me, I'd spend the next day in line at the DMV to get a 2nd DL just to keep in the car.

Speeding? with no driving lesson? to get laid?  What a Great combo

Girls !!! LOL

to check her standing with the DMV.  If it's good, they usually just let you go with a warning.

But if he was intent on towing her car, the car was getting towed.

If my car was getting towed, I'd probably not be up for meeting someone new either. That really does suck for everyone. Perhaps you can see her again in the future and you'll have an amusing story to discuss.

Yeah, it would not surprise me at all if they could do it either way.  She said he was being a real jerk.  I even have my driver's license number memorized which would make it very easy to look up.  I definitely plan on trying to see her again next time I'm in that area.  She handled the whole thing very properly and I certainly didn't expect her to still show, I just gave her that option.  Plus at that point in our testing, it was not clear that the cop would drop her off at hime.  That no doubt totally stressed her out and I probably would have done the same thing if I was on her situation.
