Go to account manager and view your account. If there's still a discrepancy, scroll all the way down and you will see a place where it says "contact us". Good luck. Ciao.

yes if after that just drop them an email usually takes 24 hours for a reply
I couldn't figure out the problem so I emailed TER. They responded pretty quickly (a day or so), fixed the problem, and gave me an extra day or two of VIP membership to cover the lost time.
I'm having the same issue now. Today I renewed my VIP membership and it is still saying Basic. I already emailed TER.
