I know a girl that is fairly inexpensive and won't upsell you like most Rooskies if you just mail her a modest check each month and don't try to see her in person.  She'll send you some photos every month to masturbate to, and you will save a ton of money and a lot of drama in the long run.  Since you have a history of getting sucked into fake relationships, the less personal contact the better for you, IMO.

They both worked out just ok and the best analogy that I can think of for it is taking a vacation and having such a good time that you decide to buy a house and some property at your vacation spot (a mistake I've also made a few times).

In the long view you are much better off just visiting and staying at the Ritz Carlton or W. When you own you end up working your whole vacation (and even some non-vacation time) on maintenance...

That being said, My favourite spot in this world is the Winter Palace in SPB and the thought of walking through snow filled streets and parks on our way to The Hermitage with a Russian beauty on my arm in a full length fur is pretty damn cool...
