You dont. If the provider allows it she will have it in her website or some form letting you know.
If you get to the appointment, you may ask once things get going. If she does, she does. If she doesnt, she doesnt.
Read her reviews. Ask other hobbyist that have seen her. Do some research.
If you are looking for that specifically. Do some research on "providers who allow blah blah".
Since you can't discuss specific acts with the provider until you're both on the bed together naked, you'll need to get a VIP membership so you can read her full review and see all the services she provides so there are no surprises. Sometimes girls will list on their sites some of the things that they do, but these lists are often incomplete so it's better to go with what is stated in the reviews and on her TER profile.
Also with the VIP membership, you can send private messages to other hobbyists who have seen the girl(s) who you want to see and ask them questions about what a session is like.
Think of it as an insurance policy.

If you've chosen a provider whose profile states "swallows" and you still wish to reaffirm you might try subtly mentioning how much you like a gal gobbling the goo in a pre-session conversation. If you do this tactfully it will clue her to what is important to you or give her opportunity to inform if there is an error in her profile or a change in her service since when the profile was originated.

Hmm..I'd just ask, though it's a bit tacky (can only do it during the session). Its kinda touchy, you could offend, or take the session in the wrong direction. Why get girls to do it that normally don't, and just pick ones that are reviewd and renown to do so?
