Many girls that are slow from time to time (I mean slow in a business sense, not that they ride the short bus), will book appointments, and then at the last minute, they will give priority to a guy asking for multiple hours, or who is known to be financially generous, or is one of the girl's regulars. To counteract this, I recommend you develop your own reputation for tipping, and book two hours or more yourself. You're less likely to get bumped that way. Otherwise, for guys who don't tip and only book one hour at a time, its the way the business works. Don't take it personally.
