BDSM

Given the possiblity of physical harm in some encounters, I'd stick with experience....

for the same reason I'd like my heart surgeon to be board certified instead of an intern.

I have plenty of friends who entertain on all levels & I have noticed when tracking our marketing the majority of gents will pick a newbie, or not an experienced BDSM provider.  Just curious why, or your imput is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Tribute is not a factor because we all have the same rates.

I think most men are initially titillated by the notion of D/s, most I would also think have no idea what it is really about they are fearful and they assume a girl who is just starting out in the field might be more what they are looking for. Not someone who is going to whip out sounds and a wand. I could be completely mistaken but I think the majority of men who seek a fetish escort want just that, kinky sex but no pain.
Experienced Dommes have a rather specific clientele, most of which are never intimate with the Mistress. Personally I'm between the two, but that's just my opinion.

these are all factors when people look up a provider/dom/fbsm.

it's not just about being pro, it's about appealing to the client.
if you don't appeal, they don't call.
doesn't matter if you are new, young, old, experienced, well reviewed, averagely reviewed, high priced, bargain priced or anything at all. just depends on if you tickle the fancy of the prospective client and if you offer what they seek in a budget they can afford or save up for.
