there's a lot of ads on CV with smoking hot girls ...only problem is...there's no reviews for them...some have videos but even those appear to be professional videos of some sort...does anyone know if the ads are trustworthy?

I'm a K-girl and I work indie here in Los Angeles. I don't PhotoShop and I don't use fake photos.
I've seen a few providers and agencies totally use fake photos (Miranda Kerr- when did you give up your supermodel job and become a provider???) The most hilarious one was when my client told me he saw a provider use a picture of a famous Kpop singer in Korea. SMH
Guys, there are real hot girls working out there. Don't go bargain hunting for cheapie dates- you will get what you pay for. Happy hobbying. 
CV has it's share of real ladies and fake profiles. It then becomes a matter of research to determine whether the lady is real. A site that I believe has more real ladies is Slixa. I personally enjoy the site layout. But again, there will always be those that show up on that site that are fake.
Personally, I've seen a number of ladies who had no review history and had a wonderful time. I've also seen a few who had reviews on another site, and they were bait and switch. So it becomes a matter of risk vs. reward
After a while you can usually spot them. The photos are good and the women in them are very hot. The formatting of the ad is always the same and ends with 400.
Just do an image search using Google. That's the best way to be sure. Maybe you'll meet Sophia Miacova.
