Under the Radar (UTR) escorts will take new customers, but they maintain a low profile. Originating as a military term, UTR literally means ‘under the radar’ referring to military aircraft that would fly beneath radar detection so as not to be detected by enemy combat. Stealthy escorts who move with low or no visibility within the hobbying world borrow the term to imply that they maintain a very low profile. These ladies date only a select few gentlemen where there is mutual trust not to exploit their true identities. As such, they may experience low volume, unbacked by stacks of reviews. For me I will consider some that are only found on P411 to be UTR or somewhat UTR. Or you could consider them ones that don't advertise at all. But they may take new clients, selectively and carefully.
