That's outrageous. My own rates for FBSM hover around $200-220 but, that includes the possibility of full service. I wonder if I should start offering it a la carte, if that's the market!

The going fbsm rate in SF was 220 to 280 when I  left there in 2003. It seems to be much more common in the bay area than it is down here. Up there, one could get a spa-quality massage from a smoking hot sexy CMT.  

After much trial-and-error  (and much disappointment) I finally found someone similar down here. She was a CMT and a former bikini model. She eventually retired. After many disappointing TOFTT experiences I finally gave up looking in LA and just started flying up to SF once a month for an fbsm fix.

So if you found a good fbsm with a real massage (on a table) and not just a lame-ass back rub for 200...that's a bargain my friend.

TER is strictly retail. The combination of that and the wealth of the SoCal market is going to make it tough to find publicly friendly price points.

Now to answer your question...there's been a lot of $200/hr FBSM in LA for many years now. You can get cheaper, or you can find some Asian apartment gals at that number, but quite a few gals ask for that rate.
