Thanks IB!   In this case maybe I should insist on NQNS for the extra 50?  LOL

I read somewhere on a different board across the pond that German authorities are making regulatory changes that will end the practice of BBBJ's and, hence, CIM's in German FKK's and associates venues.   The new reg's are allegedly effective 12-31-15.    Can anyone who speaks german confirm this as true or false?

There are plans to make "unprotected sex" in prostitution illegal, what this would actually mean is not yet clear, but it probably won't be as dramatic as it sounds. Although the wording makes it seem that BBBJ is going to be prohibited, the police has already come out saying they have no idea how to enforce it (let alone the means to check up on a few 100.000 prostitutes. Certain parts of Germany already prohibit BBBJ and in some parts of Bavaria they actually have people checking what happens in clubs and appartments. But in other places like the Saarland there doesn't seem to be any enforcement of these laws.

In my limited experience in Bavaria, BBBJ was standard (although you sometimes hear that girls use the law to get extra money).

I concur. I went to FKK Coloseum (inside conservative Bavaria 2 hrs from Munich) last spring and BBBJ was served without request or upcharges.
But what a let down in terms of girls LU and facility/food compared to FKKs near Frankfurt!

it does surprise in Europe and surrounding countries sex isn't as taboo as in the states, so I'm surprised. That sucks, bbbjs are fun too bad for the gentlemen that travel. I'm sure there are other options though.

Well, there is a lot to say about this. First of all, while sex isn't taboo, visiting prostitutes kind of is. Secondly, it is not the BBBJ that spurred this (In my opinion)... it is just that no politician is going to put himself in the position where he clearly distinguishes between the different kind of sex acts. What probably  spurred this is the prevalence of "unsafe sex", which is problematic (according to some) because there also is a lot of BBFS going on. Maybe us Europeans are a bit more liberal after all. So the law just speaks about "unsafe sex" without specifying.

So it's the general stance towards a multitude of unsafe practices that made this happen (I think at least).

It is my understanding that this particular law is aimed at the AO clubs (bareback all-inclusive clubs) and BB gangbang parties like Spermagames vs. trying to regulate a BBBJ in an FKK.

I obviously don't this with absolute certainty, but I believe this was the intent

It might have been the reason for doing this at all, but sofar it seems the law will just say "no unsafe sex". Strangely enough there doesn't seem to be a paragraph mentioning BBBJ being exempt.
