1) Choose a well-reviewed provider that's been around awhile, with reviews from known hobbyists. 2) If you are driving, consider refraining from alcohol consumption during the session.  In NYC, have been through DUI checkpoints several times when leaving the city though bridges or tunnels after sessions.  DUI is much worse than solicitation in potential legal penalties...your vehicle may be subject to forfeiture in addition to all the other horrors that a DUI bust entails!  On the other hand, if you're married, legal penalties might not be your only consideration...  3) Regardless, have a cover story ready if LE stops you for any reason, e.g., if your stopped on the way to or from the session for a traffic violation or something.  This is especially important if you are travelling any distance to see someone...

I'm definitely a newbie.  Could you suggest some basics on avoiding LE?  If this info is in a FAQ somewhere, pls accept my apology; I couldn't find it.  I'm usually in the Chicago area; it seems like they are obsessed with busting people for solicitation here.

Thank you!

by reviewers who also have reviewed many other providers.

The above formula will not only negate LE worries; but will also rule out a many other concerns.

But you will find much more on the subject if you read the TER manual which has a link on the top of the page.

Another "must" is getting a VIP membership so you can read the details of the reviews.  Don't just go by the pics and profiles (set when the first reveiw is submitted unless modified by the provider through TER admin.).
