LACMA vs. MOCA vs. The Broad vs. something else?

I had a private fly-in date that had to cancel literally minutes ago (expenses thankfully paid, but still unfortunate), but I'm still scheduled to arrive and I see no reason not to go and enjoy it!

So the question is, which museum is best? I visited LACMA maybe 5 years ago and haven't checked out the others.

Thanks in advance!

...grounds, as well as the La Brea Tar Pits & Page Museum which displays the fossils found in the tar pits.

The Broad is completely booked through the end of July.  The only way to get in is to wait in a standby line at the museum but since you're here for only a short time, that wouldn't be a good idea.

I'd say you should go to the Getty Center.  It has works by many great artists (though not their best works IMHO) but it's worth going just to see the spectacular views of L.A. and the museum itself along with the beautiful gardens and landscaping.  And right now there is a comprehensive exhibit of Robert Mapplethorpe's photographs.  It's excellent.  Here are a few examples:

Admission to the Getty is free but parking is $15. so if you're staying on the Westside you might be better off taking an Uber.
