organize it like a timeshare, with blocks of time for each participant.
on whether the OP is a provider or a hobbyist. Its not exactly clear, since no reviews one way or the other.
someone you trust that could keep a timesheet of open times, who also could have a spare key in case someone loses theirs. Sort of like receptionist/manager.
