...Gold Coast discussion board. The Gold Coast board roughly covers Oxnard, Ventura and Santa Barbara (BTW - I hate it when they put on the cover roughly).
In the other direction, it's about 30 miles to the San Fernando Valley where you have many good choices.

I am about 15-20 minutes from Thousand Oaks
As Natalie mentioned there are quite a few ladies who are based in the West Valley. Also ladies make a tour stops in TO quite often .Check p411 and other sites.
