I'm not a lawyer so I'm not going to advise you on exactly when an attempt at an appointment becomes solicitation. Your best bet is to avoid the issue by sticking with well reviewed and respected providers...

Sarah Jay has dozens of reviews so I would not concern myself with her being legitimate, as long as you are certain that it is her you are actually contacting. My hunch is that, at some point you will be asked for screening info. At least I would hope so!

I'm a newbie at this. I am attempting to set up an appointment with sara jay. Upon contactiong rhonda she did not ask me for any screening info. Is this normal?

Also, this may seem like a stupid question, but has anyone every been caught by a law enforcement officer while attempting to meet a provider? Is this considered the same as soliciting?

would appreciate all responses

by LE.  The only example I can think of recently is someone who was at a massage parlor when it got busted but fortunately for him, LE only bagged the masseuses and sent the guys home.

I personally have been hobbying pretty intensely for over thirty years and never got even close to a bust.

The moral of this story is that people should not worry too much about LE as long as you follow the advice of sticking with well reviewed gals and conducting yourself properly.

See the Newbie Manual above for more details.

Advice above great- stick to well reviewed ladies and follow the faq for newbies advice.

All of us start out new and have no references to "screen"-  so there are established providers out there who go by their instincts without requiring references or significant screening.

As long as you arrive following the guidelines in the faq for newbies you should be fine.  My guess like stated above is that you'll eventually be asked prior to the appt for name, employment, and be asked to show a driver's license on arrival- though there are some who do not even do that.

Since she has many reviews, you can be reasonably secure.

Arrive with money in plain envelope, not visible until inside.  Discuss absolutely nothing about money or services- just lay the envelope on nearest surface and let her take the lead from there.  Chances are, you'll both have your clothes off quickly and you'll have forgotten about le and be rather at attention between your legs!

Choose a lady that suits your tastes and has many several reviews from hobbiests on this site that have reviews of other ladies. Your best chance of not having a bad first experience is to use the resources of this site, you will save money and time.

Another piece of advice beside using review information and selecting a good provider. Treat her with respect and do not short her money, the hobby loose too many good providers that grow tired of boorish clients.

Even if her assistant or agency didn't request screening info such as provider references or employment info doesn't mean they can't so some screening, if you at least told them real name.  They nay yet ask for this info before scheduling.  As for LE, if you are seeing well reviewed ladies that have been around awhile, with reviews from known hobbyists, your risk is slight.  Closest I've ever come to LE when hobbying was going through DUI checkpoints on the way home...
