I would think the only issue on this would be financial. Takes a particularly well off client to afford weekly hour-long training sessions... if they're trying to be serious on the training part. Maybe it's regular training sessions, with the occasional post workout 'cardio' block. :
Yeah I feel that. My thought was it would be more about the novelty and fulfillment of a fantasy than an ongoing outing. But the way you describe it would work too.
I knew a stripper who was also a PT and we would occasionally meet for a workout, some lapdances and a session all in one meeting. It was great. Costly, but worth it if you both are into it.

for that, I just do it. The gym has been a fertile ground for pickups for me for years. About the only kind of civvie girls I have seen the last few years. Hot, tight, muscular bodies, but rarely as good in bed as the providers I see.
That is my point, a professional will try to make sure you are pleased.
