Provider business seems to parallel what I've been seeing...

...in stripclubs- very slow. Lots of strippers and not so many customers.
It's that time of year when summer begins and family activities take priority for many of us married folks.

Hey everybody, I had a weird observation and thought I'd ask a question here.
My Booker that I've been with for a few years now,  always has the most amazing girls and she said the last couple of days it's been really slow,  no calls at all. I was wondering if perhaps this hobby is the first indication of the economy? Like when it slows down this might be the first "business" to be affected?. Is it slow for any of you girls on here? Anyway just my random thought for the day thank you :-)
West side seeker.

It's more about a B&S, cold distant and uninspired session from the booker's girls than the economy.

are married guys, so the biz is naturally slow during times of the year when guys do stuff with their families, i.e., Christmas, Memorial Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving, etc.,  It's also slow for a few weeks leading up to April 15th tax time, and a little bit slower through July and August when school is out and families take vacations.

Since Memorial weekend is coming up, this week and next week will be slow for many girls.  If you have a top tier girl you have not been able to get an appointment with, the next week would be a good time to try again.

have observed the same trend over the past few years as a former provider and an assistant to a few really wonderful ladies. We, as in most providers,  are always happy to make a date whenever you can escape!!!

Greetings,

Very interesting point you made.

I've visited strip clubs in Los Angeles and Albuquerque over the past week, and both were VERY slow.  In fact, I spent way more money than anticipated when in NM because I felt awful that the ladies weren't earning tips--just a few onlookers enjoying from afar without tipping. :(

It makes sense that the slower strip-club times does mirror slower escort-hobbyist times.

In Europe, however (I arrived yesterday--a graduation gift to myself!), I went to a strip club last night and it was quite PACKED, with lovely ladies and customers galore.  Brought a smile to my face.

summer is coming. Longer weekends with family. And, not sure, but also seems obvious that high end LA and NYC rates have recently gone up several hundred/hour. People are perhaps visiting LA less, given the use of web based meetings and calls and high end hotel rates are also very expensive in LA. My last trip to LA the hotel was $750 per night, up from $550/night last year. Makes for more expensive entertaining and, maybe that's a reason. I am not affected, but also definitely have limits.

I personally haven't seen it, but I work with a number of "regulars"- so when they know I'm available I am typically booked.

I'm sure it's the Holiday weekend, just as many said.  Gents can't play when the family is gathered around.

have been told by several wonderful ladies that business is slow.
I have also been told by several ladies there are just too many girls working.  Some run discounts at times and say it helps them compete.  Have been around for quite a while. Have learned that
some of the less expensive providers are even better than high end ladies. I set a limit on what I am willing to spend. If past my limit no date. Remember, a fool and his/her money are soon parted.  This does not take into account the number of lost dates that never were due to the high prices.  Prices may be just too high. This cannot be measured but I am sure that is
a substantial loss on income.  Further, all the complaining aboit men staying 10 minutes
late is just foolish
