OK, some options:
MANY quality ladies provide a screening option. This requires you to provide personal info like:
Real Name
Real Address
Real Home Phone Number
Name of Employer
Work Phone Number
etc.
She may even attempt to contact, discreetly, you through you work information.
Now I know this sounds VERY intrusive - But remember what you are asking her to do, meet with you privately in an intimate, and potentially vulnerable (both to her liberty and her life) situation. She will want some info to assure herself that you aren't a cop or a psycho.
Another possibility is a screening service. There are 3 main ones - Date Check, Preferred 411 (P411), and Room Service 2000 (RS2K). For a fee (charged monthly, annually, or one-time depending on the service), these sites will take the same screening information, and will likely use it the same way. The good news with these - you give up your details once, and you are potentially cleared with all of their subscribing providers. The bad news - the coverage of these sites varies greatly by region! RS2K rules in Chicago, but if you are in Phoenix, you will find nearly 10 times as many ladies listed in P411. Of course at the end of the day, the screening service you want is the one on which the lady you want to see is listed.
Obviously screening, either with the lady, or a service can be disconcerting and risky, you are never really know who you are giving your information to online. Only provide the details you are comfortable with, and if more is asked for and you don't want to give it up, move on!
JMHO here - I wouldn't worry too much about the screening services, I believe they can be trusted. But you will want to be careful about individuals you "expose" yourself to!!! Literally, anyone can set up an escort site with a screening form (I know because I have - only so that I would know how to help gals using a popular template!). Look for gals who have multiple reviews from guys who have written multiple reviews!!! This is the best way to avoid fakes and LE. Of course this makes it hard for new providers - that is their Catch 22!

Hey everyone,
I've been thinking about getting into the hobby and lurking about a bit for several years. I see that most of the higher-quality, better-rated providers require referrals from other providers or agencies.
As a first-timer, I obviously do not have any references. At the same time, I don't want to settle on a more risky or lesser-rated provider simply because she does not require references.
So how does a newbie get his foot in the door while still getting top-notch services?

Pick a few you would like to see and email them all and you will be surprised at how accomodating the good ones are. Forget everything you were taught about dating etc. hobbying is awesome you get what you want from women who are better than any you'd find in a club.

Again, make sure the particular provider you are interested in is well reviewed, but sometimes it is easier getting started with an agency, and then use that as a reference for an independent.
That's how I began. And my ATF turned out to be an agency lady.
