Wouldn't that be a LE wetdream!!! Given the legal situation of the hobby in the US, it ain't gonna happen. But such sites do exist in other nations.
As Bostonguy suggested, if you are looking for now, you are looking for a provider, not a particular provider, and your best bet is to deal with a reputable agency.

You are most often better off calling an agency. I've used Craig's List with some success but wading through the BS to find a real live woman worth seeing can be tedious and dangerous. This hobby, like any other worth pursuing, requires a bit of planning to achieve maximum benefits.

CL has it's problems. However it can be used in conjuction of review sites like TER to find good providers. If they ahve posted an add recently on CL one would have to assume they are working. However you can also give any provider a call. The worst they can say is they aren't available.
I agree with all of the above comments. Me personally being a newbie I have used craigslist and still do, somewhat. Most of CL is younger women (who just love to flag you) and I have found with each call I get men are thrilled with an older, mature women on there and of course, all natural as well. I have started getting reviews on TER and escorts and am now finally getting calls from them. I believe those sites will give me a better clientele as well as you will find a safer, more reliable provider. In reference to immediate, yes some are. However, most serious providers like a couple hrs. notice and do require to book on their site- as I do. This is for your safety and ours. Get presccreened or have screening info available immediately for the provider to be able to check as easily as when you are on the phone with her, or in an email.
www.preferred411.com is the best way. You call a provider, ask her availablity, give her your P411 client ID, she looks it up, shazaam, your verified.
Or...CL. And take your chances!
