everyone knows already is not gossip. Muff-pimp has a long and well-known history of Kgirl abuse (pressuring for discounts, stalking, etc.), fake reviews, and disreputable associations (most notably, LAKS, which has been banned by TER for nefarious practices) so this is not news to veterans.
He must speculate and make things up to attack me because there is no history of abusing Kgirls with me, only a history treating them well. He must attack me personally but there is nothing I do that he can attack in the hobby. So I always thought making things up was gossiping, but not stating facts that are common knowledge. If stating facts is gossiping in your book, then I would also say that naming bookers and locations on public boards as he advocates is the worst kind of gossip, because if puts the rest of us at additional risk.
