So I'm in the mortgage business.  The other day, the discussion starts delving into forms for buyers.  There used to be one called the "Good Faith Estimate", aka the GFE. And people start talking about GFE's they have had to deal with....  
 
My BFF in the office and I lock eyes, and she and I bust out laughing, almost to the point of peeing our pants over the GFE experience discussion.  
 
I mentioned there should be a form called the Prior Sales Experience, or PSE.    
 
We totally lost it and everyone looking at us like WTF is wrong with you guys.  
 
Anyone have a similar experience at work with innuendo or second meanings?

Yes!  

I am in NYC and every time I see Madison Square Garden written as MSG I think of our term for more than one pop ;)  

Also, last week I was hanging out with a new-ish civvie guy friend (who has NO IDEA about me as Jenna) and he asked me if I was free the next evening to hang out. I said I was free the next night only, the rest of the nights I was $600. Without skipping a beat, he said I was worth that, or even $1,000! If he only knew!!!
