take the Merciedes, sell it at a slight discount, and use the money to hobby until it ran out.  Then I would be back on my own dime.  

Jstification:  

*$300/mo. in groceries is not going to impact my lifestyle near term or long term.

*Cars may not need gas in 20 years.  Mr. Fusion, anyone?

* Free travel for life might only be one flight on some airlines that have crashes often.  

*Cashing out of a depreciating asset like the Mercedes is more appealing to me

Travel forces you to grow intellectually.   It opens your mind to different people's ways of thought.  You cannot be narrow or closed minded and thrive in a world of change.

It just says free gas for 20 years.  No limits or conditions.  I would at least get a short tanker 3500 gallons and fill that baby up every Saturday and then sell it for $2.00 a gallon.  That's $7,000 a week for 20 years. Thats $7,280,000.  That's a lot of free pussy. We do have to have our priorities straight., after all.

Assuming these gifts are tax free too....

I would immediately resell it for 65k cash.  I would invest 65k as a down payment for a rental property or buy stocks.  This isn't just a hypothetical, it's what I do with most of my money.... Invest it..  Boring, I know, but it helps pay for some luxuries too
