Would that require a bushel of corn?

Old joke:  THAT corn hole; THIS money hole! ok, never mind...

It's almost that time of year again. I wanted to get some perspectives from hobbyists (providers may reply as well) on if they have taken a provider to the festival? And if so how was your experience? Whats the talent pool like in Palm Springs or do girls travel in from other cities like other big events?

Virtually zero. Lilly Lockhart lives in PS, and I Think there's a provider named Tahana.

If Lilly's already booked, the area is pretty much a hobby wasteland by LA/OC/SD standards.  I would recommend bringing your own date from outside the area for the entire time you are going to be there.  If that's a budget buster, I hear there are some local girls from the Agua Caliente tribe that set up shop in the tent campground at Lake Eldorado.  Photos are on the festival website.  (Not the girls, just the campground area.)

I am sorry, but what is Coachella?  I am not from the area.  Is it like Burning Man?

It's similar, Coachella is a giant corporate hippie music festivals near Palm Springs  that rich kids and corporate people go to schmooze. Burning Man used to be underground and counte-culture , now it's so mainstream it kind of defeats the purpose.

They are completely different types of events.  Coachella is a strictly a music and sort of art festival.

Burning Man is more of a week long art and global community event where you camp out and you have to bring everything you'll need to survive for your time there.  And, you better be prepared for dust storms and rain.  No money is supposedly to be exchanged while there.

I have friends who have attended Burning Man.  They've told me that anything you'd like to happen while there can happen.

Though it's true that Burning Man is no longer an underground event now that there's very wealthy people going and enjoying luxury digs while there.  Also, the college douche crowd have been showing up because of all the tail that can be had.

Don't know about how much tail can be had at Coachella, but it sounds like a good time.  I used to have a buddy at work that would take two weeks off from work to drive from Maryland out to Cali to attend Burning Man.  I almost went with him.  He said that he could hardly walk after all of extra activities with the ladies.Lol

I was actually living in LA still then ( I live in the desert only during the season ) . When I went  to Coachella 2 years ago , I  had a blast ! I was invited by a new friend, who was referred by a hobbyist that I have known for years . We chated a lot before we went , he was really up front with what he wanted to do ( which is always key. ) We only went to the 2nd night, but we spent 4 days together with the after parties , day spa adventure and much needed sleep!

But I'll be with friends the entire time. I will have a bit of free time surrounding my time in and out of Los Angeles. Have a great time and if you are ever looking for a festival date in the future please get in contact!
