Hello all,
I am a newcomer to the field of hobbyism. I arrived couple of years ago to the US, and since then, I've been wondering what's the procedure to contact a provider. Well, I understand that a phone call is the usual way, but my concern is: there is any chance that I get in trouble with LE in that way? Also: what is a standard 2 call system?

Do a lot of research on TER, get a VIP and read the reviews of the ladies you are interested in to get a good idea of what they are like. Visit thier website to learn how they prefered to be contacted and what verification they require from you.

Research research research!!! I can't stress that enough. There is no hard and fast rule about how to contact a provider. Like Balathazar said, visit their websites! Visit those in addition to their ads. I have on my website that for initial contact I prefer email. Other providers may prefer phone contact. Personal pref. Good luck.
Well, at least you found an excellent resource to get your questions answered. I would strongly recommend reading the Acronyms,and newbies' Manual located on the top of the Newbie Discussion Board. There is alot of information however you will evolve tremendously after reading and understanding this material.

The two call system gets you to a provider's incall. The first call confirms that you are coming and gets you general directions to the building or to parking nearby. Once there, a second call lets the provider know you are near. Then she gives you specifics such as hotel and room number, apartment address and apartment number.
