From my travels -- Thailand is great. Manila, fantastic. Everyone in Thailand and Manila speaks English for the most part. Hong Kong is quite easy but much more expensive than Thailand or Manila, but very easy to navigate. Had a beautiful Chinese girl there but she spoke about 5 words in English. I tried to get to Macau but didn't have enough time, but a friend of mine just went recently and he told me it was off the charts. All this info is very easy to find on the netWondering what are some good countries (other than Thailand) for the hobby. Thinking about taking a trip for my birthday this summer. Tokyo? South Africa?
Angeles City in the Philippines is a one of the top hobbying destinations. English is widely spoken. Singapore also has active, but smaller, scene and is a more upscale destination.
Closer to home are Costa Rica and Medellin and Cartagena, Columbia.
Tokyo is very expensive and not all that welcoming to foreigners and I'd be wary of the high crime rates in South Africa.
It's is not just the high crime rate in South Africa, it is also the very rate of HIV in the general population. I would cut my own dick off before I would hobby there. Well, maybe that's a little extreme but NO WAY would I hobby there, covers are not perfect. If I feel there is anywhere near that high a chance that a lady might be HIV positive, I'm not going to rely on a thin bit of rubber.
Also the rates are kind of on the high side in Thailand, at least among sex workers. One study suggested around 20% though another, in the link, suggested the numbers have improved and indicates 3.2%. I love visiting Thailand, but I have never played there. Although 3.2% is a lot lower than 20%, it is still kind of high for my comfort level. Thai food, hell yeah, I could live on it. Bangkok pussy I worry about a bit more.
Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Costa Rica, Mexico, the rates, at least in the general population, are not bad at all. In fact, often surprisingly better than here.

My friends in Japan thought it would be funny to take me on one of there dark side adventures. They were pretty pleased when they were invited in (as they were Japaneese) and I was denied for being a gaijin (dirty foreigner)...
They tell me it's great but almost exclusively for Japaneese men - they offered to take me to a "Korean place" - I declined
th cities are racist. so if non native you will get turned down alot but like anything. you got money theres always a shop that caters to foreignors. just do some researcha and be persistence and you will have a good time.
for seoul-just research Gangnam or just walk the street there. its the sex capital of seoul. home where all the US kgirls come from so that should give you a hint. lol!
for tokyo-ikebukoro. a street in Shinjuku with rows of sex shops stuck between the Gap and ramen shops. can't miss not getting something. alot of kgirl shops operate out of here. japanese love kgirls too! kgirls are everywhere! haha.
I spent 27 days touring China. Was not there as a monger but the mongering was good. An example Macau, I was going back to my hotel room late after gambling, saw a button that said 7th fl spa, pushed it, when I walked in a heard a clap of the hands and instantly 30 insanely beautiful women appeared. I noticed they were arranged by color of dress and inquired. They were color coded by country of origin (7). I picked 2 and enjoyed the evening.
7 other stops in the country and saw plenty of opportunity. One fairly innocent looking street during the day was lined with small little brothels doors opened for business at night. I think it's worth a trip for the adventure. China is an amazingly diverse and beautiful country full of culture/history. Every night I was out on the local walking street and always felt safe.
