I absolutely love a man in a suit.  I also don't mind him showing up looking formal casual.

A nice button down and slacks would do the trick as well. Colonge is a nice touch too i'm big on smells (and good hygiene). I always wear heels, a sexy dress and garters and thigh high socks and a pretty bra (Sometimes I skip panties to be honest)  a nice fragrance (I ask first if it's ok otherwise I don't wear any) I keep it very classy though so I don't draw any unwanted attention . Once I start offering incalls (in 2 weks!) I plan on wearing heels,  
 thigh high stockings a sheer bra and panties.

I once spend the night on the Queen Mary in Long Beach with an amazing lady I've known for a while.   Brand new suit, $300 silk tie, and $1000 of American Eagle cuff links (I had them made).  ZZ Top nails it:  Every girl's crazy about a sharp dressed man.

My favorite: A simple sundress (preferably with no underwear)
Jeans, shorts, or a skirt, (denim mini skirts are a favorite) with a simple top (t-shirt, tank top, blouse)
A little black dress is also nice.  
Fresh out of the shower in just a towel works well for me too.
I don't care about shoes. She can be wearing flats, sneakers, sandals, flip flops, boots or barefoot
