I just went to do a look at CV. I don't usually research there because I find TER the best resource for safely and consistently understanding what I am walking into. That said, there are a large number of new ads up there that appear to be Eastern European (guessing) that are asking 400 in and 600 out. Most have no reviews. I know we all know that no reviews are always risky, but does anyone have any insight into the scene that is emerging there.
Certainly the pictures are hot. I don't trust it though.

for the Eastern European providers are stolen from other sources. You can do an image search and find out for yourself. There are other threads on many of these regional boards where certain photos have been identified as being someone other than the girl who is advertising. Buyer beware.
....and I generally avoid cityvibe, but have seen it referenced by some EE ladies when looking thru their other sites.
I've been tempted to investigate a few of them, but haven't had the time recently.
There are too many questionable ads and too many newbies with no reviews in the 600 plus range.
There is only a small group of independent ladies that are easily verified but the rest need to be vetted, which is just too much effort when you dont have the time to do that.

There are a few russian ladies on cvibe with a very responsive booker that are verified here on TER. Lolita, Crystal, etc. They are phenomenal ladies. Other than that, I personally wouldn't go after the others.

i am not a fan of the russian persuasian in providers, but a couple of my buddies here on ter love them and tell me that the booker that handles crystal and lolita is on the up and up and can be trusted. lolita in particular gets high marks from my buddies.
so, as with everywhere else, the first rule is to do your research.
i would also agree that $600 + no review = no way.
now its funny how i dislike seeing ladies of russian heritage. its nothing against the russian people, au contraire, i think russian women are incredibly gorgeous.
but when i hear that baltic accent/slavic accent, i get the feeling that the lady is one cousin removed from the russian mob. i'm afraid if i piss her off i'll find myself gutted in an alley somewhere, lol! i know it's a ludicrous feeling, but there you go.

That was where all of the LA ladies posted ads. Ladies did not have websites at the time, heck many did not even have email addresses. Just a few pictures and their telephone numbers. There were only a few who might upsell you on services but for the most part they were legit.
Fast forward to now, whole new ballgame. Too many fake pictures, too many old pictures, its just does not have the same energy as before. I just notice a few ladies I know took down their ads from CV. I have to find out if they are not renewing or leaving the business. CV used to be a great board but unfortunately I cant trust it much anymore
Running all over west LA, all named Lena. For 200 and in their words in a Russian accent, "$200, Full Service"...They were all fun or most of them were. Then they all went home to the mother land,never to be heard again...now the 400 is the old 200.
