I posted this a couple years ago and I was wondering if any action was taken on it.  I think first-time reviewers should be rewarded in some way (more membership points...) to encourage reviews of new providers.  More and more it seems that the reviewed providers are repeats.  There are risks associated with seen an unreviewed provideed and the hobbiest should be rewarded sine it greatly benefits the board and its members.
