Newbie - FAQ
Ladies and Gents, I was wondering if I could bother you for some advice. I am not quite sure of what board to put this on but since this is my region I thought it might ok.
I know that I am like many other ladies in this biz. I have a professional life in engineering that has been keeping me pretty busy. I do this firstly, because I enjoy myself immensely, and secondly to enhance income. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to really put forth alot of effort in getting more exposure. Since the new year is approaching, my time at work is decreasing, thankfully now I can devote more time into my craft. I haven't been doing this long, but I have a few good reviews from both TER and the BDN.
My question to you is how can one become like so many other beautiful ladies, sought after and a schedule so hectic they have time to relax? I am selective in the clients that I choose, so I do try to get a feel for who I will be meeting and since I am new to the biz most of my clients are new. Thankfully, I have met some really nice ladies in the biz who have become mentors to me but they are busy as well so I can only connect with them sometimes.
I have been advertising on some sites lately (free sites), that I even question. Still I am not recieving the responses that I wish. Any suggestions? Is it my website, my pictures (which are new), I put up some that I just took this weekend on my website? Also I do have a cellphone that I use but I always let it go to voicemail because I prefer to be contacted initially by email. Any suggestion, critiques that you can offer is greatly appreciated.
