Hello, everyone. I am still relatively new to TER. Is there any way to know if someone has submitted about me if it was rejected? Clients keep telling me they are going to post a review, but I have yet to see any.
And every day I log in to TER in hope, like some kid running to the mailbox squealing to find their secret decoder ring.
Am I unlucky or just impatient?

I am a fairly new to TER as well and seem to be having the same troubles with reviews. And I totally have the same feeling when checking for reviews...lol
If a client said they submitted a review, is there a way for me to check the status or is that just between the client/TER? Can I ask the client if they received any communication about the status? Or is that poor etiquette? I don't want to seem pushy or anything or like I'm fishing for reviews.
Any advice from someone more familiar with the review process would be appreciated. Thanks!
A review may take a few days to get posted if it has no problems. When a review has a problem then the reviewer will be told, but not in a very direct way. A reviewer has to click on "account manager" at the very top of the page.
Then along the left side he sees "my reviews" "my problem reports"...etc. It is there that he will see if his review was accepted or declined. He will then have to rewrite it if it was declined.
So figure about 3-5 days for a review that has no problems (from the day he writes it which may be up to 3 months later than the appointment you had with him). Probably a couple weeks for a review that has to be redone a time or two.
Some reviewers wait to write a review so when their free VIP membership is expiring they can just continue it.
I am saying all this from the viewpoint of writing only one review, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night (and reada lot of posts on all the boards here).
