been emailing with a gorgeous young thing about a session. finally get down to time and place, and i ask for an hour and a half for 1 1/2 times her posted hourly rate, posted both on city source and p411.
she shoots back an email, "sorry, my hour and half rate is [two times her posted rate] and my hourly rate is [posted rate plus 2]."
i say sorry can't do it if you can't honor your posted rate.
(which is too bad because her pics are ddg. but for once the big head over rules the little head)
anybody run into this? this is the sort of thing that makes me wish this whole endeavor was more accepted socially, then there would be standards and regulations. or at least truth in advertising

My only issue (albeit very minor) was over a provider's P411 discount.
It was unclear to me so I checked with her. She explained the discount was already reflected in the posted rate.
Hard to believe the inconsistency that some ladies have regarding their rate. One lady whom I've seen before had three different ads up and all had different rates. I informed her of where I saw her ad and saved myself a Benjamin from what she posted on this site.

You are entitled to your opinion, but why use an alias? I'm not a regular on the board but when someone uses the "whore" word makes me think they have issues if that's how they perceive a provider. I've encountered a lot of amazing ladies Liz included and not once did I think of them as that. Just my 2 cents!
are verbally abusive and often physically abusive as well. There are many here that use their alias' to vent. Unless the subject matter is controversial or embarrassing, it seems cowardly to me.

You are entitled to your opinion. So am I. If a car dealer gives me a quote, then walks me into the finance manager where the quote is "updated" to include additional charges, I walk. Analogy might not be perfect, but close enough.
If you did and she tried to up your rate, that is a violation of the P411 terms of use. In theory, she could be removed from P411 for that. At the minimum she would get a warning. However, if you are not a member of P411 and initiated contact that way then you can't use that avenue to get the point across.
i am a p411 member but no i emailed her thru city source, where her rates where here rates were posted the same as p411.
but i guess there's no rule like that for city source.
You might consider contacting her on P411 and if she does it again then report her. Do all contact through the P411 message system so you have proof
There was one lady and we agreed to meet at her apartment in WeHo but a few hours before, her roommate decided to have friends over at the apartment. So, she offered to do an outcall to me if I got the room. I called around and got a great deal on a room in Pasadena. I told her i got the room and when I told her where, she gave out a loud sigh. She informed me outcall to Pasadena required a 2 hour minimum booking and she would need me to cover her for a car service to and from, which brought the total to over 1400 for me when all I really wanted was a nice bj that night.
I cancelled and never booked with her.
I had another lady, who had higher rates, slap the hotel bill on me as soon as I walked into the room. She said, you requested incall, so you pay for it.
I was referred to one lady by another lady I knew and we spoke beforehand about certain things I wanted to try and she said it was no problem doing it. When I get there, she then says there is an upcharge for that which just killed the mood for me. I told her I was not happy and just left.
So BigPete, yes it has happened to all of us. It would be easier if we had an ethics and standards but that is not a reality. The best we can do is do our research, ask before hand and just be prepared to move on when you encounter that. Some ladies might think I can not afford then, which is not the case, Im just way more cautious with who I see now.

tbh the big thing that attracted me to her was the combo of her hotness plus her posted rates. plenty of prettier women at the higher rate she asked for in the email.

I've seen a number of fine providers who are just starting out and arrive on the scene with no reviews. They will often offer special rates in order to get established and get some credibility. So I'll TOFTT and yeah, sometimes I get burned but sometimes I get lucky. Very lucky! And when they get well known for excellent service they'll raise their rates to reflect the quality of service. It's no different than any other business. That being said, nothing is more annoying than when a provider pulls the upsell card at the last minute. Well, almost nothing. The bait and switch is worse.
