I would also agree that ThatMall is a safe site. It is small because the owner wants to keep it that way so she can easily manage it herself. Every provider I have seen on there has been good, but there are some on there I'm not particularly interested in seeing. With this one, check her out then write a review.
I see no reviews for her but she's been affiliated with ThatMall for some time, now. I'm wondering if anyone knows her or if ThatMall would be considered safe even with no reviews.

Here are a couple of acronyms you should know: TGTBT - Too Good To Be True. That very likely could apply in this case. Other ads list her as being 33, so she's probably closer to 40. Also, TOFTT - Take One For The Team. If you are a newbie, you should stick to well-reviewed providers; let a more experienced hobbyist TOFTT
