...you guys know (or at least have the beginning idea of) how stressful keeping an incall can be. I used to keep an incall in the city, but I'm 85% sure my neighbors directly across the hall from me knew my whole life. They were always nice, but the thought that they could take issue with me being there was always in the back of my mind.

This would be a great idea if the space was only used rarely... Or if it was shared by close trustworthy friends (probably not new acquaintances from a forum).

Another option: Get an incall to share with your ATF. She'll probably be more discreet than a group of 3 or 4 men in a space they don't care much about... She's also more likely to pay rent, because her need for the apartment (probably) isn't going to end abruptly or without notice. Just a thought.

I hope this is the form Board to post this.

Motel rooms around here have gotten some pricey and often "no vacancy"

I'm looking to rent some type of small room or share apartment, within 10 or 15 miles of Belmont, CA. I don't expect that I would use it more then 4 times per month, anywhere from a few hours to overnight (with at least 1 guest). Ideally, I'm hoping for something in the $400-$500 per month range, if furnished with a bed, that's a plus, not required.

Another idea, is a few (2 or 3) other hobbyist had similar needs, we could rent a place in the $1200-1500 range, and each could schedule up to 7 or 10 days a month.

If anyone has any suggestions or knows of a place that I rent I'd appreciate it

Hello,

I agree that nice hotels can get pretty pricy here in the Bay Area.  I often have an incall room in the Union Square area.  But, on days that I am available for outcall only or in areas that I do not provide an incall, it would be incredible if more hobbyists found creative ways to host.  Best of luck to you sir.

Sincerely,

Taylor

Idk if this gentleman is BA local, It's hard for me to buy in to this unrealistic idea, seems that it's so simple to find a place in the area to only be utilized for recreational purposses, just imagine the traffic that will create in such a place and with the numbers he smartly calculated, it's ridiculous...The average rent in the BA is about $3600/mo and his figures don't even comes close and BTW most rentals, condos, apts and even lofts or just a room they requires a 1YR lease, lanlords and property management ask for references, credit checks, a copy of your bank account, income, business or your employer a requirements in accordance with CA Insurance and Real Estate Full Disclosure Laws...You've be better off with AB&B with that kind of money...and one other thing, hopefully this gentleman will be so very creative and sign all the contracts, lease, the applications and documents, conceale his identitiy, be discreet, and protect everyone's privacy with all the people willing to share his ideas...Good Luck.

OK,

I actually did read it and agree.

Way to much info would be needed for it to be discreet.

and the numbers, do not add up.

How would you police getting all participants to pay on time, or at all if they didn't see any ladies that month. Plus all the foot traffic would get noticed by neighbours and landlords. I tried to use Airbnb places a couple of times on tour to host from but it's too stressful worrying about even the two or three guys a day I might see, being noticed.
Hotels are nicely anonymous!!

well kinda sorta,  I asked a good provider friend if I could use her incall every once in awhile to see outcall only ladies.  She's ok with it on two conditions (1) when she isn't using it and (2) only escorts I can vouch for.

But yeah, I'd never bring over someone who isn't well reviewed and I'd probably give my friend a small donation as a good faith gesture for using her place.

I'm not sure if a shared space would work for reasons already cited.  Plus the trustworthiness factor, you'd have to know your fellow space-sharers very well and probably have the same tastes in women.

True...but it never hurts to try.
