Whenever I submit a review of a provider that doesn't have an e-mail address, second phone number,website or a website in only one of the website categories, I get rejected as incomplete. I enter "none" or "n/a" for those fields. Should I enter something else. I see other reviews with those responses in those fields. Also, I thought some of those weren't even required. Anybody have any ideas how to get these reviews accepted
I have also complained about the need to enter every bit of information on a provider (phone number, website, height, hair color, etc etc etc. It seems like a big waste of time to have to enter all of the same data that is already there. The response I got back from TER was that it encourages us to write thoughtful reviews. Bullshit! If we could spend more time writing the "details" instead of entering static data, we would probably write more thoughtful reviews.
