The players in the NFL is the reflection of the people in society. It not suprising that you have players that like to try to dehumanize others with a slur. The thing is if the NFL creates a policy against players using slurs it is not going to change the person feelings, but they are just going to avoid saying slurs. My question is if the NFL does creates a policy will they enforce it and would it include black players calling other players niggas, you can not clean that one or reclaim it in my view because it has too much blood on it. Also, would the nfl ban the use of any music that have offensive lycris to hype their games. Usually the broadcastes just use the clean verison a paticular song, but in my view if you going to create a policy against racial slurs then even clean versions of songs should not be allowed.
At the end of the day no policy is going to change someone personal opinion and it would come off kind of ironic that the NFL would create a policy against racial slurs and have a team like the Redskins running around. The deal with the Redskins has nothing to do with logo, but the term Redskins itself. Often people think it is in reference to skin color of native americans, but the more serious part of it is more in reference to the scalping of native americans and getting a bounty for it.
The NF of the fucking L is considering taking a stand against racial slurs. So, no more "nigger", "cracker", "kraut", "spic", "nip", "chink", "jap"? Do racial slurs create a hostile working environment? Aren't these considered players supposed to be adults? I can understand someone getting their dander raised and letting a rogue "slur" slip but do these "adults" really need someone to tell them not to call each other "nigger" or "spic"? Good grief! There allowing homos to play and other players don't call them names.............yet.
Maybe there should be a test to see if one is "mature" enough to claim adulthood.

The prominent consensus among U.S army leaders toward Native Americans , they should be treated as savage wild beasts , with no right to compromise or treaty .

One of these days people are going to figure out that PC is bullshit and outlawing language is not going to do a damn thing about the underlying emotions. if "darn" is the worst thing a person can say, then "darn" will become the new "motherfucker" You just can't legislate this type of thing, and it's a fool's errand to even try.
