I think 'going rate' is all over the map, but when offered it's usually not a super expensive thing. Probably because to the providers willing to do it at all, it's just not that big a deal.

I think by and large the providers that allow photos/videos are ladies with a fair amount of cam or porn experience, and the more mature women who emphasize their skills and wide menu. And of course, there are a few providers who fit into both categories
There are providers who will not charge anything extra for pics/video, and there are some who will charge an extra fee. I've seen ads or talked to some providers who will charge an extra fee anywhere from $50 to equal to their base rate(!).
A few will keep a copy of video but most will not. One will ask you to sign an NDA.
It doesn't hurt to ask either, even if she doesn't advertise pics or videos or her reviews don't say pics or videos. I've found a few that are ok with pics and video but they don't advertise it. Never hurts to ask!
