review approvals are between TER and the reviewer.

The fact the review was rejected has nothing to do with you, and is may be due to totally innocent reasons like:

1) He didn't provide enough juicy details of the encounter.

2) He entered a bad website:
  - He entered a address that doesn't work.
  - The site he entered is associated with another escort review site.

Whatever the case, it is up to him to ask why, defend his review, and if necessary re-submit it.  At this point it has nothing to do with you.  I know this is not the news you want, but that is how the system works.

Now being TER's Welcome Wagon, let me say WELCOME ABOARD!!! HOWEVER, there are rules.  If you want to post a link to your site, your site has to link to TER.  I can help with this.  PM me if you are a VIP, or email [email protected] if you would like help.

I am fairly new to this and have had a review posted only to find out it was rejected.  How and can I find out why it was rejected. Also, I am aware it takes 72 hrs to get a posting up.  Can anyone advise me on how to get over all of this newbie frustrating hump????

Have him:

1) Click on "Account Manager" link at the top of the page

2) Click on "My reviews" link on the left of the page

3) Next to your review will be a an entry in the "comment" field.

If it says "Incomplete", have him make sure that every field has an answer. Typical problems are: a) You  have to have a web page somewhere; b) At least one contact method must be available (e-mail or phone)

If it says "other", then he needs to e-mail support and ask why. He does that by:

4) Click on "contact us" link on the top of the page.

5) Click on "review questions" link on the left

6) Subject: "unapproved review on [name]"

7) text: "my review for [name] was rejected with a comment of 'other'. Can you please tell me what is wrong with the review.

8) Support will then respond. He can see the response by clicking on "account manager"

9) Click on "my feedback" on the left.

You could try steps 4-7 yourself and include the handle of the guy. If you get a charitable support guy, he might tell you why.

TER has some unwritten rules, and after support explained the problem, I understood why, and rewrote the review (a few times) until finally it cleared.
