What a hassle, glad I am circumsized and didn't feel a thing.
Ladies, do you have a preference between circumcised or not? Or do you not care?
I could fill this post with political opinions about what I think is a completely unnecessary genital mutilation, but here's the thing.
90% of the guys that I've met who are not circumcised do NOT know how to properly clean their jimmyjam. (Well, a lot of guys I've met in general don't know how to properly clean their wigglywink, circumcised or not, but that's another thread.)
But uncircumcised guys in particular more often than not have a hygiene problem. Most are unable to pull their foreskin back all the way and for some it's even painful. Foreskins should be stretchy and elastic even when your wangadoodle is ready for action.
When you can't pull your foreskin back, all sorts of nastiness gets stuck in there and forms a horrific white paste called smegma. Trust me it doesn't smell good and I don't even want to think about what it must taste like. Dried sweat, dead skin, and other bodily fluids all in one little place perfectly happy to sit there festering... yuck, right?
So yeah that's a much longer answer to the question than was necessary.... but I think most ladies care more about cleanliness than about foreskins specifically... and every other time I've seen this question asked, at least between girls, the overall response is in favor of circumcised guys because of the hygiene factor.
Disclaimer: I'm not saying that ALL uncircumcised guys are "dirty" or whatever. The vast majority of people I've met are perfectly clean - but when the foreskin doesn't pull back all the way it doesn't matter how well you wash the rest of it because stuff gets caught in there. Don't shoot the messenger.

Not sure I would use any of these when talking about myself in a review, but they sound perfectly natural coming from a woman.
Great response! I'm uncircumcised and I easily pull back my foreskin and I wash it 1 to 2 times a day and ALWAYS just before meeting a lady. I've been in this wonderful hobby almost 4 years and have never had a lady feel the need to wash me before oral sex.

No but really, I've learned a great deal about human sexuality and sexual health over the past 5 years and it's always astonishing to me how few circumcised guys know that they should actually be able to see the entire head of their doodler. I ended up making a blog post about this several months ago on my tumblr - because as it turns out, when you buy condoms there's *nothing* in the instructions about what to do with your foreskin when putting on a condom. (hint: you should pull it all the way back)
Anyway... there's my rant for this week LOL. Maybe I'll get points for this one not grossing people out :-p
